I think it's "number", but I don't get it. "Total nr of deaths within 30 days after an accident with a motorcycle/scooter in one year".
Is that the number of people who died within 30 days after having a motorcycle/scooter accident, but not from the accident itself?

Ok. Given the title of the film and the rider's comment about his experience, the only thing that makes sense is that it's the number of deaths (in a year) from motorcycle accidents within the first 30 days of riding experience. If that's what it means, it's poorly worded.
