replacement spark plug wire(s)

I have a Honda 78' cb 550 with a broken plug wire. All that I can find online is expensive racing sets which I don't need. There must be a simpler solution to this. Any help appreciated,

Go to an auto store and ask for 7 mm spark plug wire. 8 mm if it's an Harley.
