Hi everyone

#1 Unread post by bella rose »

I've been a lurker for a while now and thought it was about time I said hello!

I’m an aussie chic who is nearly *cough* 30 *cough* 8)

My story so far – I’ve only been a passenger, but that was enough to get me interested in getting my bike licence, I have to do a Road Ready course & knowledge test as I’ve never owned any kind of licence before then I will do the Stay Upright course (I think it’s the same kind of thing as the MSF course).

I have my own helmet (Xpeed), gloves (DriRider) and jacket (ixon enigma) and I’ve started sitting on a few bikes but due to my height (5’2”) so far the only one I can put both feet on the ground with is a Honda VT750C.

I love this site !!! thanks for reading

Welcome! Keep trying out different bikes. I'm also 5'2", and I have found that there are a lot of low ridin' machines out there. Nearly 30, eh? Well, 30 is easy. I didn't start riding until I was nearly 36. The number is irrelevant.

Make sure to introduce yourself in the "Start Your Engines" forum - you'll get a few more responses there. Enjoy the forums!

Cheers,
