Deadly motorcycle crash video, here...

Hey, fellow Road Pilots, especially new riders:

If you think speeding through intersections is wise, you may want to watch this crash video first:

No. Just rethink racing through an intersection at extremely high speed.

Si. Be smart and careful, there's really nothing like motorcycling.

I still want a bike; the video really gave me a perspective of the reality of riding. It could have very well been a guy on his way to ---- and the car ran the light.

I remember watching that one a long time ago. It looked like the guy in the car pulled out in front of the bike, probably assumed that the bike was doing the speed limit.

I'm not trying to say that the car was at fault, but I know that I like to take a second or two to make sure that anything I'm pulling out in front of is actually travelling as fast as it seems to be. I'd rather be the jerk that holds up the left hand turn lane then the hambruger that gets scraped off the street.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

I assume by the look of the bike and the car that the rider is dead. Does anybody else find this to be extreamly morbid and wrong to have a video of some dude just walking around videotaping this? Yes it's reality but have some respect...that's just my 2 cents.

I think it's a sign of the times.

25 years ago and he would have had the camera rammed down his throat. Well, in Britain I think he would have.
