My frist bike! (questions)

My tuppence worth, I note the Kawa, Suzi, Yamy and Honda all mentioned. Do you guy's get the koran and chinese stuff over there or even Aprillia. The Pegaso, and comets are 650's but very forgiving for noob's. The Guzzi Breva is a 750 that behaves like a 250. Maybe some of the other makes need exploring???

That stuff is hard to find in the states. I've only ever seen 2 guzzis over here, and the owners were riding with each other, so it really only counts as one. And one lady at my MSF said she was getting a Hyosung 250 cruiser, but it was still on order. I personally want the 650 cruiser by them. Looks like a mini VRSC.

SA Local bike mag just got to ride one, Raved about it, said it had every thing that a 650 cruiser should have.

i have a 250 it is more than enough. all the older biker guys i know have said things like, " good choice" or "you'll live longer because of that choice" my friends say "oh cool" cuz they dont know #$%. and the other young guns i know say " i should have done that instead of crashing my 500" or "my 650 is too heavy...knocked me over twice standing still" and so on. stick with the smaller bike you will have a bike and it will make you happy, just wait and move up later. i went to 3 diff dealers and had 5 salemen say " youll get tired on a 250" they make more on the 500's and 650's dont listen. unless they are honest. take your dad and make him pretend he is the one buying. i did this and i got much better treatment and no one forced his decision like they forced mine.

personally my dad doesn't live with me but i'm sure that most dads, most of the time don't approve bikes....if it's your 1st bike NO WAY.....if it's your 2nd or 3rd, you have a better chance but i still doubt it.
