Finally in the groove...

#1 Unread post by SilveradoGirl »

Hi everyone. It's been quite a while since I've been on here, but had a few extra minutes and felt like giving you all an update. This past spring I got my first new bike, a Yamaha Silverado 650. I love the looks, and it fit well. When I first started riding though, I had my doubts about whether or not I would ever be a true rider.

I didn't put on a ton of miles really...only about 700, but my last ride of the season it was like everything just clicked! It was an awesome feeling. I wa a kid again and that big bike felt like my old BMX racer. I was in complete cotrol, and VERY confident.....attributes that I didn't have earlier in the summer.

Now I can't wait for spring to ride again and make sure that feeling is still there...but living in Wisconsin, I have a LOOOOOOONG wait for spring

Such good news! When Spring comes around, you'll have such a great time getting reacquainted with your bike. Enjoy!!
