seems like about 1/3 of what they teach you in the MSF course.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

thanks for the reply.

i'll practice those for now, my MSF class is still on Feb 18.

i think im getting the hang of slowing down and stopping. but the turning part, i need a lot more practice and confidence in leaning.

Keep your chin up, and look at exactly where you want to end up. Your arms will take care of the rest.

I cannot stress that enoug, chin up, look where you want to go.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
