Tech Question

#1 Unread post by samnissan2003 »

My dad recently bought an old honda 340. The bike was working fine till It started to act weird. Its hard to start it up, and wont stay on unless you hold on to the gas. Also only one muffler gets hot and the other one is alittle warm, like if its not working at all. Any ideas what could cause this? Thanks - Sam

Needs new plugs. (more than likely)

For added assurance, drain both float bowls to make sure they aren't full of crud. Add a LITTLE dry gas (alcohol) to the tank. A LITTLE.

Check the points and set them.
Let us know how it goes.

Yes. Good high tension leads are just as important as good plugs or fresh gas.
No Witnesses.... :shifty:
