Point conceded.

There are exceptions to the one about neutral at stops, as you just noted.

More bad signs.

Keeping one foot on the gear shift and putting the other down when they stop.

Not being in first when they stop.

Wobbly start/stop

Don't look through the corners
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

the 'putting it in neutral' i do for the same reason as cb360

Wobbly start/stop........i only do when the crossing street's light is yellow.

those are the only 2 "bad signs" that i have.

...

during turns in major wide cross streets, i try to go further down straight and then start the turn so i can lean more......just to practice and get better at leaning....you know, to be prepared for those "unexpected events"........does this make me a bad rider?

also, no one commented on the tire thing, does that at all tell anything about your riding skills?

The most it could tell you is how far the bike's owner is willing to lean in a turn. You can draw whatever conclusion you want to from there.

Dragging the clutch is usually a sign of someone who hasn't quite gotten the coordination between throttle and clutch down yet. MSF teaches clutch dragging as the proper way to engine brake too?

About the best sign of a good rider that i know of is somone who rides very smoothly, and basically just makes it look really easy.

Part of what makes a rider "good" is one who has been riding for 20+ years regularly and has had no mishaps.

O.K., that'd be me......

I would not want to be walking in your shoes in the near future, with that statement you are asking for trouble.

I'm guessing that's like the guarantee on a parachute- "it's guaranteed to open only in that it worked the last time it was used."
