What bike is this?

I can't for the life of my figure it out. At first I assumed it was a SV-650, but it's got an inline 4 in it. It's a naked, but... I dunno, anyone have any ideas?

I'm a goof, it's a 600 bandit with the fairing removed and replaced with an 8 inch round headlamp. On a related note, I'm thinking about picking that windscreen, what's everyone think of it? LoL
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

I like it. Any thoughts on that screen with dual headlights on your 599?

The Bandits were released in both a faired (S) and a naked (N) version.

The only aftermarket item on the bike is the screen.

Also it is a 1200 Bandit. The 600's have a silver engine and the 12's have a black one.

I actually really like this headlamp, and most of the dual headlamps look pretty ugly on my bike (to me). Besides the screen is designed around an 8 inch round bulb headlamp.

Do'h should have known it was the Bandit. Thanks for the clarification, learn a little something new each day.

I thought the 12's had dual headlights. Or was that only the later models?

On the second generation (2001-2005) faired version they went to a twin headlight setup but for the naked version they stayed with the single headlight.

Isn't the bandit a naked Katana with an updated engine? Or is it totally different?

That is a first gen Bandit (So it is at best a 2001 model) Bandits also do not come with USD forks, MX bars, crash bungs, that paint scheme and many other things that bike has.
I know Suzuki Bandits and they do NOT come stock with twin headlights on the naked version.

The Bandits have a watered down version of the GSX-R 1100 engine.
