Yeah and remember this too. Most California drivers are from other states!!! Us CA natives are actually good drivers.

I don't buy it! I live in the midwest now and the drivers are much less aggressive and much less distracted. Maybe constant traffic jams bring out the worst in people...

I think so too. It amazes me how much people will risk while in a traffic jam.

No kidding. On the ride to work this morning, in a fog, in a traffic jam, I saw a woman reading a newspaper.
