i was gonna post this earlier but i forgot to take the camera from my sis when they went to see a movie.

anyway... did a lot of riding today and my gixxer1000 has got her 1st 1000 miles.

cool man....congrats....did it stop at exactly 1,000 when you got back home or did you stop in the middle of the road when you saw it hit 1,000?

nope, when i parked tonight, it was 992... so i did a little night riding nearby and went home when she hit 1000. :laughing:

some other time. this was not really planned so i wasn;'t able to prepare plus im not gonna risk the scarf on a freeway.

im gonna get a scarf vid on a non-busy straight street so there's gonna be lot's of room for error.

You should take off the passenger pegs.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

mm, would clean up the back end nicely. And solve all quandries about temptation to give a ride to someone. And since you have cowling on the rear-seat, you'll still be legal.
