cbr600f4i engine upgrades
ok im builidng a sandrail and i finly got an engine for it, its out of a cbr600f4i and i want to get some more power out of it but so far i cant find any1 that makes anything for this engine. im going to fabricate a header and bolt a muffler up to it so i hope that will give me a little more power, im also going to make my own intake so it can get more air. i was realy wanting to get cams, injectors, and stull like that for it. also i have a problem in finding a way to shift gears, i would always just run linkage but i would really like to have some type ot paddle shifter, so does any1 make an airshifter or something like that, that i can use to shift up and down with? thanks every1

im trying to keep the wheelbase under 100", it will be 1 seater, and im gonna make it as narrow as i can without making it unsafe. im not going to be using it for dunes or anything as i live in alabma, but it will see a little mud and alot of trails. i figured if worse comes to worse i can also turbo or spray the motor to get more power

cams, powercommander, header w/ full exhaust. this should wake it up nicely. Compression ratio is already sky high. Bike motors dont usually take turbos very well.
Should be lots of fun for a single seat rail.
I have thought about building a single seat rail myself, but I would likely go the VW engine route as I know the VW motors inside and out and how to get lots of power out of em.
