Draggin Jeans (where do you buy 'em?)

#1 Unread post by kabob983 »

I want to get a pair or two of the Draggin Jeans (actually, I'd love to get a pair of their urban cammo combat pants) but I can't figure out where to buy 'em. Their Australia site has a bunch of 'em but they're more expensive than the US site, but the US site has a very limited number of styles.

Anyone know of an online retailer that sells 'em?

Checkout RideIcon.com. I know they have jeans. I believe they have camos.

I have one of their jackets (Tarmac) and mechanics gloves. No complaints.

A different company? You sure? I mean, the name, the logo, it's all the same!

Yup. This is from the U.S. website...

Fast Company
234 10th Street Place NW
Hickory, NC 28601

and this is a response from them in an email that i found on another forum...
The jeans that are made internationally are completely separate from our company and there is no affiliation between our products. We invented Draggin' Jeans and have produced our products since their inception. All of our products are (and always have been) designed, tested and manufactured here in the US. We produce a product that we have designed and tested ourselves so that we can be sure of the quality and protection our jeans have to offer. Unfortunately we have no information about the other company’s products that would indicate that we could speak as highly of their products that use our "Draggin' Jeans" name. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
But the australian company claims they have more kevlar in their's compared to the U.S. version. I don't know if that statement is true.

Does the Australian version have more coverage? The American version only has kevlar in the butt and the knee areas.
