Changing Pic into Avatar
I'm a little jealous, I'm just a Trycycle Squid, who would like to figure out how to put a Pic of my Bike, into a avatar, but not sure if I want to do the guy thing, and not ask for directions, but instead just get lost on my own.....

Great free graphics tool, been using it for years.
Irfanview is a freeware graphics editor and converter. I have used it for a long time under many releases. It now plays media files, and consumes less processing power than mediaplayer.
Resize, crop, change format, and a batch converter/rename tool - great for turning digi camera pics from one format to another, or resize them all to a more web-friendly size - or just rename all those cr@p filenames from the camerea to myBike01.jpg, myBike02.jpg, etc.

Don't think of it as a stop light. Think of it as a chance-to-show-off light.
