Di Electric Grease

The first thing I do when I get a new bike is apply di electric grease to all the electrical harness connectors, and any connectors exposed like the key switch, battery, ground cables, switches on the handlebars. I have owned bikes for a long time and found big problems with corrioded connectors, water getting in connections and so on. 99% of electrical problems on bikes is caused by either a loose or corrioded electrical connection.
