sitting up position for sportbikes

I only take my hand off the bar when it is safe (ie going straight in light traffic or when I have made myself a lot of wiggle room) and even then only to either wave or scratch somthing

I take my left hand off and turn around to look a the bikes behind me, I use both my left hand and right hand for signals, if my back gets sore I take both hands off and straighten up. I also stand up and stretch my legs. Occasionally I do these things while the bike is moving.
