Also... just wanted to mention. I don't want to come off as a bossy person. If leaving after 11:00 from Yellow Springs is too late of a start for everyone else, I certainly don't mind skipping this rideout. Scan could still go if it had to be an earlier start time. Anyway... I'm going to ask my friend today if she can do the babysitting. I'll let cha'll know.

Cheers,
Loonette

11:00 or so is fine with me. My wife doesn't want to ride the interstates up so we will be taking 42 to 68 I think. Not sure how long that will take but I'm giving myself 2 hours. Also, we are working on arrangements for having someone watch the kids for the weekend. If that doesn't work out, we will prolly have to drop them off in the morning before we leave, which depending on wake up time, may push us back a bit.

Also, what about eats along the way? Restuarants? Pack a lunch?

I prefer to picnic. I'm not sure what's along the way as far as restaurants, but if someone else knows of a place where they'd like to stop, that would be okay too. Also, I firgure as we get closer to the 6th, we can PM our cell phone numbers to each other and all that good jazz.

Very cool that your wife is coming too!

Cheers,
Loonette

Picnic is fine, or we could hit a restaurant in Cincinnati.

I mentioned the ride to a couple of friends and may have a few more coming. One of my brothers friends will probably come and a guy at work that rides is interested and said he will probably have about 5 or 6 others that will want to come. That is a little bigger than I imagined.

Is that cool with everyone?

If I'm riding with even one other person I have to ride a lot slower than usual. A few more ain't gonna hurt anything!

Besides that, my cousin, Tiffany, may be riding pillion with me.

Most definitely! I went ahead and looked at the extended weather forecast though, Saturday calls for rainy and 60, for Cincinnati anywho. The good thing is, that is bound to change by Saturday as weathermen can't predict a fart if they eat beans. Keep our fingers crossed.

We are still down for the ride at this point. We have a babysitter arranged, so we will both be able to ride.
