You've just relegated yourself to forum troll in my eyes. And your posts will be looked at in such a manner.

Get creative. Buy a plain helmet that fits and have your own artwork put on it.

Wasnt really that which got you Sevs "forum troll" rating, I think it was that you dont seem to grasp that you should try on a helmet, and if your dealer doesnt cary what you want, find another dealer, unless you dont mind waiting X amount of time for the return of a poorly fitted helmet Verm. Im sure you can find one or two shops in LA that carry helmets right, I hear its a fairly big city, although I could be wrong.

1000 + posts dedicated to ignoring the advise of experienced bikers, ignoring insults and coming back for more indicates to me that he is either a troll merely looking to get a rise out of people. OR he is to lazy to find a forum of like minded individuals.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

+1. That way you can go shopping thinking only about fit, get a good deal, and have money left over for the artwork.

Verm, This is right up there as one of the dumbest things you've said.
I am not certain why anyone responds to your posts anymore. You clearly don't care what others have to say, you don't listen, you don't learn and your going to get yourself killed.

My greatest concern for you is that you don't truley respect the inherent dangers of motorcycling. A helmet is not for good looks, it is to protect that giant noggin on top of your shoulders. The number one most importnant thing when considering a helmet is FIT. I drove 70 miles in 2 directions to try on helmets before I ordered one off of the internet.

And don't give me any of your bullshit about personal preference and all of that crap, because your words mean nothing. You are immature and a danger to yourself.

I gotta say... chosing a full-face helmet by its paint job isn't NEARLY as bad as a cruiser rider chosing a half-helmet because "cruisers only look right if the rider is wearing a half-helmet."

BTW: I ordered my helmet online because I wanted a specific color. I wanted bright yellow, and I had tried one on in a store before I ordered it (and they didn't have any in stock of any color) but still....
