New Rider- Anyone else from Maine?

I'm from Maine and im 16 I just got my motorycle permit (Easter Sunday) I have been looking for a bike for about a month now and I should be buying a 2005 Ninja 250 for a learning bike this weekend. Anyone else here from Maine?

Word, I am. About 20 mins from downtown Agusta. Where abouts are you in? And no bike yet either :|

Isn't the whole state of maine about 20 miles agusta?

HAH riggghtt... End to end is 8 hours easy. And Portland is bigger.

haha, I'm near the Brunswick area im like 10 min. away from Brunswick. What kind of bike are you getting and when?

I duno at this point. A late 80's FZR400 is my first pick. Maybe a FZR600 from the same year. But really the first semi-decent bike i can afford that pops up in uncle henry's. Just... can't afford one yet. :roll:

Yeah I have been looking in the uncle henrys now for about a month and all of the nice ones I called on somone had already been snatched up. But I'm calling a guy back on a 2005 250 Ninja tomorow... To seal the deal hopefully.
