Question: Current pay and commission structure

Hi everyone. Newbie here. A question for you motorcycle industry experts:

1. What's the going base salary / commission structure for a motorcycle salesperson these days?

2. What about for a sales manager that signs up new dealers? What's his/her usual pay structure for the # of dealers signed plus $ and unit volumes?

Thanks in advance.

We aren't "industry experts" - and what exactly you're asking is not something anyone here could answer. You'd have better luck talking with an actual bike salesman.

If you have the chance, introduce yourself in the "start your engines" forum - otherwise folks might think you're a troll or something awful like that.

Cheers,
Loonette
