That my local Kawi dealer is a rip off.....

I went in today to get some parts and just for the heck of it (peeved about my bike in general) I asked about prices for a new Ninja 250.

I got an OTD price of 7000 Canadian.....

I'll write the following with knowing full well the profanity filter will get it, but guess what it sais....

"fudge" you ya bunch of "O Ring" licking rip off artists....

7 grand!!!!???!! I should be able to get this bike for about 4......

Here, the dealer has them listed at $6,299 + GST totalling $6,740

And then you see the lower prices in the U.S....sheesh. We are getting scammed man!

But the Canadian Ninja 250 is a better bike. :(
Ride it like you think owning it matters.

yep. $7000 is a scam. This is probably too far from where you are, but McBride's Cycle in Toronto seems decent. They sold me Joe Rocket Phoenix suit (jacket & pants) for $350 after tax. Not bad.

Yup, for only another $600 Cdn, you can get a new Ninja 500 instead of the 250...go figure

You guys are getting wanked hardcore.

Whenever I visit Toronto, I always feel I'm violated with the crazy taxing.

can't you boys make a trip to the gold old U.S.A. here to Pennsylvania and buy a bike and save some money? Or will someone tax you when u return to Canada? I looked at the adds, around here the Kawasaki 250 Ninja is $4299 and the new 650 Ninja is $4999, thats a better buy
