It's the reverse-macho principle. The less "macho" the bike, the more secure you have to be to ride it. Dude, you're just not cool enough to have a scooter. You don't get it, scooters are over your head. Try again in 20 years!

chicks dig scooters... especially vespas and the likes, classic ones...

They are like puppies and babies, the girls will want to see it... try that on your crotch rocket. I doubt itll get the reaction.

I'd definitely buy it then.
Anything I get though, has gotta have the legs-on-side design because I just feel dumb on a scooter.
The more you talk, the more I think you are a complete idiot.
Ironic considering how hopelessly dumb this remark is.

Ironic perhaps... Yet somehow correct.

"My backpack protects my back!"
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

When did I say that?

In a thread talking about riding jackets, pants, and boots, this popped up
< I Fly > wrote:Cool.

I myself am playing catch up on riding gear.
For the longest time all I had was a helmet, but then I got a tank bag, and this kick-a$s Oakley backpack that latches onto a vest rather than using straps.
Previous to that the only backpack I had was this clunky hideous piece of junk I got for $7 at the thrift store.
I love it :D

I love how somewhere in that limited cerebrum of yours, you took that to mean that I bought the backpack as safety gear.

I'm confused. Why do you want to get a second bike when you admit you "still haven't bought real riding gear"? Is it because you don't want real riding gear or that you just want another bike that bad?

Yea, you prove your stupidity by wanting another bike, for no real reson since your ex500 is good enough, especially since you say you do not have much money and have not even bought real riding gear yet. Like I said, the more you talk, the more you provide evidence that you are an idiot.
