yep.

i know its tempting......dont drive without a license unless its an emergency, youll get hit with fines out the "O Ring", your suspension will be extended, etc.

Don't do it... I live in NYC and my license was suspended for 2 days (unknown to me) for failure to pay seatbelt ticket. Which I did, but somehow got lost in the mail... Long story short.... Traffic stop sunday morning for busted taillight, locked up till Monday morning... Cost me 2K for an attorney and fees... don't do it.

Here in Pennsylvania if you exceed double the speed limit in a 65 mph zone ur licence is suspended for 1 year, yes there are bikes that can go that fast and faster, yes there are some riders that have no math skills and can't add 65+65=130 and any bike under 200cc is not permitted on any 4 lane divided road with a 65mph speed limit. Laws are different from state to state I would suggest to anybody to read up on the motorcycle laws of ur state, many people that break the law have no idea they were doing anything wrong.

I'm not sure about down there, but up here you only have One Driver's License, which can be qualified for various classes of vehicles.

ie) I have a class 5 and a class 6 on my license.

Class 5 means I can drive any two axle vehicle and RV's
Class 6 means that I can ride any motorcycle

My friend has a class 356 which means

Class 3 Single motor vehicle with 3 axles or more

plus the class 5and 6 like mine.

If your license is suspended that means it's suspended for all the classes of vehicles you can legally operate. So stay off that bike until you get the problem sorted out, or your time is done.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Yes. You only have one license. Your privilege to ride a motorcycle comes from the "M" endorsement on that license.

Not in Jersey. Scooters are considered motorcycles and covered under the M endorsement. A Moped license can be a separate license, only if you do not have a basic driver's license (e.g. too young, you can get a moped license at 15.) Otherwise Moped is a F endorsement. So if your license is suspended, the M or F endorsements go down with it.

Time for martin to check out the bus stops.
