It's not always $25 in michigan. If you go to one of the state sponsored BRCs like the one in Allegan/Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo (the website is www.motorcycletraining.us) it's $25. There are lots of private MSF sanctioned BRCs that are a couple of hundred dollars as well. Unfortunately the state budget only allows for so many classes/students and they usually fill up for the year by March or April. I just finished taking the BRC from these guys and I have to say that it was top notch and very professionally run.
