Well, I commuted to work yesterday. was fun, if not cold in the AM. 3 degrees C outside (thats 37 F for you yankees *L) and that was just standing still, as you all know, its cooler when moving. brrrrrr... But ya know, after the shivering stopped, it wasnt bad at all! Didnt stall once, and even made the gravel road with ease! putted along at 40 KM/h and no problems, although you could feel the wheels slipping out a llittle. (thanks for the tips everyone!) waitied all day for the shift to end so I could ride home! (instead of just waiting for it to end for the sake of it ending  ) then rode home (splat splat bugs on the visor!) got the bike humming along at about 100 KM/h no problem, it seems to like those speeds a bit better, no sputtering or anything yet, maybe the engine finally got that crud out of itself that caused the fouling? (you watch, now thats Ive mentioned it, Ill be changing plugs constantly)

Maxim note - I should be getting my carbs back today, the mechanic that has them has been promising them to me for about 3 weeks now, and when I saw him yesterday he said definately today, and when I asked how much for the cleaning he said "Dont worry about it, nothing." Cheap as free! I like it, so Hopefully Ill have it runnign befire the week end, and then we can play, what does the bike need for a road saftey! fun fun fun!

Grinning and shivering! loads of fun!
