there has to be some sort of legal action u can take.. That just doesnt seem right (not saying u are lying or anything, just that its not fair, etc). They shouldnt just be able to say "Meh, im not gonna fix it until the warrenty is up, then i will make a miraculous discovery on why its backfiring and then tell you its your fault and charge you out of the nose"..... damn stealerships

that being said, im going to go to a Honda powersports dealership in about 10 minutes here... :laughing: im not gonna buy anything (going into the National Guard in couple weeks and i dont have any money right now anyway).. lets see if they try to sell me a a CBR600RR or higher.. wish me luck :luck:

Since you belong to a forum, word of mouth can spread like wildfire. I don't know where you live, but if your fellow bikers find out how this dealer treats you, he may find himself out of business in the near future.
