Thanks earwig for your help. I played around with the first code and couldn't get it to work. 
I have not tried the last code that you gave. How do you make the flash file? I see that the file size got much bigger. Can you pause/rewind a flash video?
With the first code, if I had my choice I would probably have Windows Media Player as the player for videos.
I will have to play around later with the flash. Thank you!
