So I spent like the last hour riding through my neighborhood, because I finally got my bike from my dad's house. It was oodles of fun. I was all over the neighborhood, leaning in the turns, seeing how fast I could comfortably get to in the 100 yard straight-away (45 mph). I got used to switching gears, upshifting and downshifting. But I do have one question, when I stopped (like at a stop sign) I would pull the clutch all the way in right before I stopped, and use the front and rear brake to stop. I would keep the clutch completely pulled in, until I was ready to go again. But, after I had been riding for like 45 minutes, the bike started sputtering, and stalling when I was sitting at the stop signs. Does anyone know why? I just adjusted the idle speed to a little faster, and rev it a little while I'm at the stop signs to keep it from stalling, but it's still bothering me.

check your spark plugs. I have the same problem with my bike, i know it is the carbs with mine, they foul plugs left right and center at a disturbingly fast interval.

Did you give the magazine sales person your account numbers over the phone? I hope not.
She was probably just ticked. If you are concerned though, call your bank. I believe they can prevent someone making any withdrawals.
I don't know if there are legal age limits where you live, but they may also work in your favour. If you are underage, maybe they should not be trying to pressure you into buying things you don't want.
Personally, I buy nothing over the phone. The only time I ever give my credit card number is if I have initiated the call to Ticketmaster. That's it.
Be very careful giving information to strangers. Identity theft is huge let alone scamming for money you don't have.
If you love bike and it gets you where you need to go, that's what counts. After all, it's not what you ride, it's that you ride.

Yeah, I did give them my card number (I know, stupid me). But I got it taken care of, I went to the bank today, and had them order me a new card, with a new number.
And northernpete, I don't think it's the spark plugs, because mine are in perfect condition.

Got my motorcycle permit today! WOOT WOOT!!! Hopefully I'll be going for a ride on the streets today if it doesn't rain, and if I can talk my parents into letting my ride the bike w/ out tags.
