I understand a v-twin at 50mph can be quite.... enjoyable for passengers of the female persuasion.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

the trick with a sportbike is to use your legs and not your arms to hold yourself up. This tends to keep you back on the seat more which is usually more comfortable anyway.
I have always been snug up against the tank whilst riding. I have more control over the bike and I avoid that nasty slide forward into the tank upon heavy braking that you get when you sit further back.

Passengers?! How 'bout the riders? 2200 RPMs is a magic number!! 8)

The worst thing for your nads would be too-tight clothing, exposure to extreme temps (especially heat), or a direct injury. I agree with yoda731 - at worst you'll condition your little guys to be strong swimmers. Ride on!!

Hadn't thought of that, but I'll keep it in mind, any suggestions for an I-4 ;);)
