They shouldn't be able to do this though. He WON an item and payed a deposit. Read the Ebay rules, "winning is a legally binding contract." He's made a contract to pay what he bid. Trying to lowball now breaks the contract and he should forefit his deposit and the bike should be relisted.-Holiday wrote:just be careful, because if he paid you the deposit via paypal, he can file a complaint with paypal, and they will eventually debit your account and pay him back.
