Haha, I'll have to get one of those. I didn't even have a horn until today (when the mechanic put one on after the accident), so I kinda forget it's there, I'll have to remember to use.

Cam, maybe you should exercise that other piece of safety equipment...the really important one...your brain...use it make yourself slow down a bit. It's a known fact that cagers do dumb things. You were anticipating it...and it happened...but you were ready this time...if you had slowed a bit you wouldn't have had to hit the binders so hard...No need to have your front tire howling. And you wouldn't have a need to be so mad.
Glad you got your bike back tho...

Well, I wasn't going fast, I was going like 5 under the speed limit because I was so nervous. I probably didn't need to slam the brakes as much as I did, I was just panicky I guess.

Relax dude...take a few deep breaths...don't ride 'nervously'...it's one thing to be cautious, and you should be...but you don't want to be all panicky, grab a handful of brake and put yourself and bike on the pavement. Gotta learn to 'flow'.
Ride safe. Be confident.

Yeah, I hoping I'll get a little more comfortable again tomorrow, so I won't be quite as a nervous, but still cautious.
