You can always go find some road knobbies for your bike. I heard that someone managed to put on such tires on a GPZ which I think is similar to your 500. Whenever I get into those rough spots I feather the brakes and keep low throttle or none when turning... then again I have pretty agressive tires.
An alternate would be getting a V-strom, KLR's or those cool BMW's.

One thing you can count on: You push a man too far, and sooner or later he'll start pushing back.

Why were you trying to negotiate gravel on a streetbike at 25 mph?< I Fly > wrote:meaning, at my speed of 25 mph... AIRTIME!
Lesson learned.

"At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul."

Sure, I've got a 10 spd in the garage. It's all yours.GeoffXR200R wrote:Sure thing. Can i borrow your bike?Sevulturus wrote:I'd pay to see it though.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
