So I just rode it home... in the rain

When I left my house it was a light drizzle, when I got to the dealer a nice downpour. I picked my self up a pair of rain gloves and then rode home. On new tires
Ninja- not the 06 blues...
Mustang - Yes this is my first bike.
Anyway here are some pictures of the bike stock. Mods shall be coming soon.

Congrats! Sounds like we drove them home around the same time. Got rained on too. Luckily (or unluckily depending on your viewpoint), I only had to drive about 5 miles.
Happy BikeDay!

Nice bike and gear. You should put full fairings on the bike, the SV's look sweet with full fairings.

I like them better naked. I just have a thing for round headlights.

haha i actually have a set of fairings coming in. Thing is since I got some aftermarket ones (look totally sweet) I have to wait for the color match and whatnot.
My first mods will be a fender eliminater and then the JMV lower fairings. After that the front turn signals. Then who knows...

I usually like round headlights, and naked bikes as well, but for some reason the SV just looks funny to me when it's naked. Like the way the engine is situated, it looks like it's too far back and the front wheel is too far forward.

Congrats. Great bike and hope you have a lot of fun. The only bad part about getting a new bike, is you have to short shift during break in (and the fact that tires are slippery).

Hell yeah, good choice on the bike man! But you're all wrong....the
yellow ones are faster

Good luck with it, and be careful on those tires, I dumped mine in the rain after 2 weeks of having it going 5mph cause I hit the front brake too hard...and I'm sure the new tires didn't help. I prefer them naked but...the full fairings look cool too...make sure to post pics after you get them installed.
