I've seen these, but they don't seem to make much sense to me. Though I guess a guy with a bolt cutter, would attract just as much attention as someone with a screw driver. Actually there were 4 stabbings last week when the oilers won a game. And one guy got his head kicked in... I'd like to have a weapon on hand sometimes.
