There is no reason to put nitrogen in a street tire.

Only Indy and F1 cars use nitrogen in their tires, and the reason why they do this is to keep the inflation pressure of the tire consistent when the tire heats up.

Costco uses nitrogen in all tires they inflate.
Ride it like you think owning it matters.
