You could get a plastic dog crap and leave it on the bike to discourage theft.

Get on ebay...and buy the cheapest, used, beat to hell motorcycle cover.

Use that along wtih locks. The crappy cover might be enough to discourage people.

Also, you could get a strong drill and a mansonary bit and drill a hole into the concrete and screw an eye bolt into the ground. Lock your bike to the ground.

You can park it at my place. I am only an hours drive from you. I'll need the key.

how many steps? and are they the ones that go up and, 90 degree corner..go up..90 degree corner?

if its a straight shot....maybe you could get some planks and put the up the steps...sorta making yourself a ramp...I dont think Id go that way, but if your hell bent on bringing it up, it may be easier..

Id personally go with the masonary bit eye bolt idea if you can tfind some rental space close by.

or move.

do you live with anyone? perhaps someone strong enough (assuming they like you enough) to help you yank her up every night....down would be alright by yourself...otherwise you may have to get some boards and nails....and completely eliminate the "stair" problem and you got yourself a ramp....buy your neighbors/roommate skateboards and you'll be set.

i park mine on my porch every night, but its just four stairs and i use a plank to just ride up the steps real quick. it works out pretty well, but i dont know about a full set.
