Yeah funny you posted this. A few weeks ago I posted how I stopped because there was a biker pulled over. Come to find out he was just on his cell phone

I felt like a goober, but he pulled up besides me and thanked me for stopping.

I do the right thing because it is the right thing to do, not because I expect something in return...

Ur putting ur life in danger stopping along the side of a road, as people pass you in cars and trucks they will look and stare at you at the same time they will steer in ur direction and if you do stop to help another biker when his bike is broken down there isn't much you can do to help him, say he's outta gas, you don't carry a gas can, or if he has a flat tire, you don't carry an air pump, so why even bother stopping?
OK, you've made it painfully obvious that you are nothing but a troll.

There's got to be some kind of psychological condition for a person who continues to hang out in a place where the ENTIRE PEER GROUP HATES YOU.

Do you get off on the hate or something?

I guess you're good for a chuckle, in a "jesus this guy is a loser" kind of way.

What goes aruund, comes around.

I always stop. I've even drained gas from my tank into a paper cup to get a fellow biker on the road again. I would wish the same for me if I had a problem.

I try to stop for a fellow biker stuck on the side of the road, whether I'm riding or in my car....even if its just slowing down to ask if everythings okay.

If we don't look after each other no-one else will :|

These ladies stayed in the car and they opened their window just enough so they could talk to me, I guess they were afraid of me, I don't know, so i poured in about a gallon, told her to start it, so she turns the engine over for 3 seconds and then she yelled and complained to me it won't start, I don't need this! I got angry and maybe called her a name, I told her,, her car has an electric fuel pump, and instructed her to turn the key on and leave the key on so the pump has time to pump and charge the fuel lines, then start it, she did what I told her and it started, as soon as it started she pulled out and left me without even saying thank you or offering me money to pay for the gas i used. I did expect a thank you, thats why I will never help anybody else.

LIGHTEN UP! You become a "A" hole because two old ladies were "A" holes? What's that say about you?

I remember reading something once that said that if you are broke down on your bike, you should put your helmet down by the bike, its supposed to be some universal "i need a hand gesture" maybe im wrong though.

never fails, if you stop to take a leak, everyone will stop to offer help, but if you do need a hand, it could take a while

When I hit my deer a couple weeks back, there were 4 vehichles that were driving behind me (one right behind, 3 more I could see in the rearview when I was slowing) not 1 even slowed down too see how we were. mind you, its not like glass and stuff went flying everywhere with a super deer over the hood. Soooooo I suppose it can be forgiven...

It says that he was already an a-hole, did I not mention this in my post earlier in this thread? Start a petition, have him removed!

How about starting a "poll"?

BUT I DO CARRY AN AIR PUMP! And a tire repair kit, plus basic tools. I tend to rack up miles of distance, it would suck to get stuck someplace.

I've also got a cell phone with me so at the least I could offer the use of my phone to someone who may not have one.

Folks behave the way you expect them to. Obviously you expected the ladies to treat you badly, so they DID.

 That's true...

We always stop when we see someone on the side of the road, we do travel with some basic tools and a flat tire repair kit....
