1 geodesic dome monkey bars that had only redwood bark as ground padding.

2 cerial prizes with stuff that a kid actually wanted...

3 and chewy candy that pulled your fillings out...
1 - You had bark? I had cement....it sucked :laughing:

2- me and my brother would beat each other up for the prizes..

3- done that... that crunch was awsome

Guess what I've noticed in the last couple years... no more merry-go-rounds at the parks I used to play at. What the hell happened to natural selection?

That stinks. you can sling people a fair distance with an up to speed merry go round. :(

poison ivy vines were for swinging to, and if you caught any poison ivy you had to deal with it. no meds or balms, just deal with it.

if you broke a window you paid for it... it didnt matter if it was beat out of rear or if you worked it off, but you were accountable for what u did.
