well, at least at my shop the pay isnt bad, but if you go there and they realize you know somewhat what your talking about, you suddenely become valuable, and you start doing things that will make you even more valuable, its a beautiful circle,

i'm in on the buyout but i must be put in charge of all the incoming money so i can safely invest it for y'all.

If we only had a starter shop a bunch of us guys were all close to. like in CA or something
