Yep, that's what I do. Block it in your garage with your cars.
Usually night time theft from your garage is most common around here.
And this is VERY high for Harley owners. (yet another reason not to own a Harley)
Also, never enter your garage if you have a car behind you. They could be following you to identify your bike's location for later on that night.
If I have a car behind me, I circle the block.
Call me paranoid.

You're paranoid.
But you might also be right.
I remember something from a few years back. You know those customized license plates that ham radio operators get with their call signs on them? Seems some thieves were following people home then stealing their radio gear. So I could see flipper's scenario happening.

all in all, if you make it not worth a thief's time, they will move on to easier targets. this is why pro thieves steal certain cars (high desirability and ease of theft)
The flip side of that, is it leaves the bike wide open for any vandal or some looking for some crome off of your bike etc...

Friend of a friend had a highly customized 100th anniversary edition Road King... He also had a big rig that he drove. As a security measure, he put the HD against the back wall of his garage and parked his big rig so close it was literally touching the bike. He went on vacation for two weeks and when he came back, the Road King was gone. Someone had gone to enough trouble to take the bike apart piece by piece until they could get it out of there by hand!
