For the first time in more than 20 years, I was able to ride to work on this day. So I did. Been riding to work for almost everyday for 3 months now, since I don't have to drive a tooltruck back and forth anymore. I'm diggin' it.

I rode around yesterday, but I work at home, so I'll never get a chance to ride to work. I did ride during some free time yesterday and saw a lot of bikes out there during the day.

Why would anyone not ride to work if they had a bike?

to me it's not worth it anymore.
my current work is only 5 miles away. by the time i get ready to ride out, i could have gotten to work already in my car.
plus, i don't enjoy riding city streets anymore. i just wanna ride twisties.
i still bring my bike to work though when my dad borrows my car. im not too worried about theft over there since they have surveillance cams on the lot.
i used to bring my bike all the time but my 1st bike was stolen so im paranoid to commute w/ my bike nowadays.
my bike is just for recreation now. i don't mind though since like i said, i don't enjoy riding city streets anymore.
