Difference b/n Kawi ninja models?

I believe the Kawi EX500 and EX250 have the same/similar maintenance intervals: 1000km first oil & check cables, etc, 6000 km second maint w/ oil etc, 12,000 km...etc - I don't have the book with me so only remember the km right now, sorry

Go into Echo or Cycleworks and look at the new 500's and ask to see the owner's manual if you have time tonight (they close at 6 pm) or this weekend

Having my carbs cleaned cost $40, but that's because my bud works at a shop and did it cheap (couldn't do it free as he had to use their equipment). I think normally it runs about $90 or so US.

There is a HUGE difference between these two bikes. The C model was released in '88 with a 16" front wheel and bias-ply tires. The E model had an aluminum frame and radials on 17"wheels. There was a large difference in engine performace as well (I had a D-model, and an E model, and I raced the D against my buddies C-model). They all felt like they had a hinge in the middle when really pushed....
