Looking good... I rode in my first torrential down pour last weekend and it wasen't as bad as I was expecting it to be, but just like you my jeans and boots were soaked.

Confidence is not a bad thing, just know your limits and stay away from the puddles, you never know when there's a pot hole waiting for you under there...

Nice bike. Heh, like you I got caught in the rain w/ blue jeans and I was wearing sneakers instead of boots so yeah. Upper body was dry as a bone but I was in the rain for about 20 minutes going 60+ mph on the way home which equals soaked pants, boxers, shoes, socks, etc.

The cool thing though was I only had to ride about 40 miles the next day and all the wind dried out my shoes. Hehe

In his picture, he's not on a Rebel, it's a VLX. 600cc, not 250.
