When I first started looking for bikes I actually wanted a Gs500. I thought the bandit was like a gs500 just newer? Am I wrong? Id prefer the gs500 really but I wanted a new bike.

like i said, i don't recommend what i do to others... unless, im kidding around.

and believe or not... i found the GSX-R750 to be pretty tame. im sure it's bec i had the 1K before it. :wink:

nope, very different models.

if you want the GS500, that's one of the better beginner bikes out there.

i say go for it since you like it anyway.

tha bandit 600 is not a RR bike, it's only a little more than the SV650, i already explained that.
