I think once it has a salvage title theres no way to get rid of it. It's titled as a salvage so people know they are buying a vehicle that was written off.

The sellers doesnt have to provide anything to the buyer in Canada, it's up to the buyer to run vin checks and such. I just sold a bike last week didnt provide anything for the buyerbiker_1706 wrote:I don't know if there is anything in the states but in Canada for any private sale the seller is suppose to provide a Used Vehicle Information Package from the ministry (cost $20) that will show all the previous owners and it shows if and why the vehicle/motorcycle was written off by any insurance companies.
