The laces don't come far enough down the boot to catch on the shifter (they end before the toe cap) and I tuck them in to the top of the boot, just like I was taught in basic.
I wouldn't be caught dead wearing anything but heavy leather or motorcycle-specific boots to ride in.
I definitely checked this site out and think it is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen.
