well thanks guys. I checked and yup I got 2 arrows. man there is quite a ton of pad left as those arrows arent even close to touching when I put the brake on lol. so I think I will leave as is because by time they need to be replaced I most likely will be onto a bigger better bike that I want and have saved so dearly for .

If you're careful I've found that drum brakes can actually be a lot easier to deal with.

I havent dealt with brakes on my bike yet but drums are a pain in the rear end (literally) compared to disk brakes on my van
