4 bedroom, 200 sq ft a pop. one kid lives on the couch and we make him do all the "dog" work.

Room mates and me have never worked out. The only ones that really panned out are wives, and one of those went titsup, even if it took 18 years.
Lots of people cheat on thier S.O.'s. And there is nothing you can say to them to change that. They are not nice people, and they need to be told that, but it won't change anything. Let them carry on and develop whatever STD's they catch.... just make sure they know that they are not allowed to be near
your G/F and why. And make sure they can't get ahold of your bike.
Time to start looking for better roomies. When you find them, get out of there ASAP.

If you rent by the room, may be worth speaking to your landlord, and saying you're looking at moving out because of them.
I know if I was the landlord I'd rather keep the guy who pays his rent ontime, and lose the one who doesn't (and assumably the guy on the sofa pays none)
