If you do this in a slight rain, you're going to risk a serious crash - oil builds up there, as does all sorts of other crap. You're also going to be less visible in the middle. Drivers - and we all know that most aren't that smart - get their cues from familiarity. If they see a light or a figure in oen of the spots they expect to see a light, they'll do fine. Ride in teh middle, and you're liable to screw up one of the two remaining brain cells and get run over.I havent noticed any advantage in practice. Comments?
